The gif was taken from the show American Horror Story, and has two parts: One of her turning around and saying ‘Surprise, bitch.’ and the next one: ‘I bet you thought you’d seen the last of me.’
This image set is sometimes used as a ‘My face when’ or reaction image on tumblr. However, it’s also used to antagonize those who dislike it.
