“Advanced Darkness SpongeBob” is a meme with a screenshot of a clip from one of the scenes in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode, “Rock Bottom”. The original quote says “This isn’t your average everyday darkness. This is…advanced darkness.” But instead, the word “darkness” is often replaced with another word like “autism” or “warfare”, in reference to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, or that the quote is replaced with something like “When I play against nocturne” or something else like that.
It all started with a clip from the “Rock Bottom” episode posted to YouTube. Ever since then, it’s spreading across the internet. Because of that, it has become the next popular SpongeBob meme.
